Biography

Ryan has been a member of the firm since 2020 and currently serves as a Deputy Director of Client Services, working closely with municipal and county clients to secure public and private grant funding in support of community development, infrastructure, and public-serving projects. His work has supported local governments across New Jersey in advancing initiatives related to housing, public spaces, workforce development, and placemaking. In addition to his professional role, Ryan serves as Chair of the Newark Land Bank Community Advisory Board, where he helps guide community engagement and policy discussions related to lane use and housing strategy. Prior to joining Millennium, Ryan worked in public safety at Rutgers University-Newark and collaborated with university programs focused on student leadership and civic engagement. He is an alumnus of Leadership Newark and a graduate of Rutgers University-Newark, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
