Biography

Noah has been a member of our firm since 2023. In his role as a Proposal Writer, Noah is responsible for handling the preparation and submission of proposals, RFP’S, RFQ’s responses and corresponding contracts for clients currently under contract with the firm as well as for new prospective customers looking to retain the firm’s services. His daily responsibilities include maintaining records, data, templates, and other supporting materials in support of the department. Prior to joining Millennium, Noah worked as an intern for Congressman Pallone’s office, contributing to the 2022 electoral campaign victory. Noah is a graduate of Drew University where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, with a minor in International Relations. During his time as an undergraduate student, he was inducted in the National Political Science Honor Society, Phi Sigma Alpha, the Dean’s list, and interned at the Church Center of the United Nations.
