Douglas Henningsen

Grant Writer
Douglas has been a member of the firm since 2024. In his role as Grant Writer, Douglas is responsible for working with several of the firm’s municipal clients in New Jersey to help secure public and private sector grant funding on their behalf. Some of his daily responsibilities include collaborating with the Director of Client Services on different projects, along with drafting narratives and gathering supporting documents associated with grant applications. Prior to joining Millennium, Douglas worked as a library assistant at the Wharton Public Library. Douglas graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and minors in History and Creative Writing. Douglas also received the 2021 South Wind Senior Thesis prize for his undergraduate thesis.
