Biography

AJ has been a member of the firm since 2025. In his role as an Associate Grant Manager, AJ is responsible for working with several of the firm’s clients across New Jersey to help secure public and private sector grant funding on their behalf. Some of his daily responsibilities include collaborating with the Directors of Client Services on different projects, drafting narratives, and gathering supporting documents associated with grant applications. Prior to joining Millennium, AJ served as a Digital Manager & Field Representative for the late Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr. (NJ-09). In this role, AJ was responsible for managing the Congressman’s social media presence, executing the office’s outreach initiatives, and serving as a liaison with different federal, state, and local entities. He also has an extensive background interning for Members of Congress: as a legislative intern on Capitol Hill & a district intern for then-Congressman Andy Kim (NJ-03), serving as both a district intern for Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill (NJ-11) and a staging location director on her successful 2022 re-election campaign. AJ is a cum laude graduate of Montclair State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honors, with a minor in Communication Studies.
