Biography

Timothy has been a member of the firm since 2025. In his role as Associate Grant Manager, Timothy supports municipal clients across New Jersey by helping them apply for funding from public and private sources. His responsibilities include working with the Directors of Client Services on various projects, writing grant narratives, organizing application materials, collecting supporting documents, and managing other parts of the application process. Prior to joining Millennium, Tim earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Montclair State University, whilst finishing runner-up in the Men’s Rugby Division 1 National Final with his club Old Blue. During his studies, Tim served as peer mentor for various college preparation programs and was a Climate Research Analyst for the Justice Studies Department.
