Biography

Sydney has been a member of Millennium Strategies since 2025. In her role as an Associate Proposal Manager, Sydney is responsible for handling the preparation and submission of proposals, RFP and RFQ responses, and corresponding contracts for clients currently under contract with the firm as well as for prospective clients looking to retain the firm’s services. Her daily responsibilities include maintaining records, data, templates, and other supporting materials in support of the department. Prior to joining Millennium, Sydney worked as an Assistant Editor for a business technology publication. Sydney is a graduate of The College of New Jersey, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a minor in Linguistics. As an undergraduate, Sydney was inducted into the National English Honor Society, Sigma Tau Delta. She also received a Master of Arts Degree in English from The College of New Jersey, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
