Noah Richardson

Associate Grant Manager
Noah has been a member of our firm since 2026. In their role as Associate Grant Manager, Noah is responsible for collaborating with several of the firm's clients across New Jersey to assist in securing funding from public and private sector sources. Some of their daily responsibilities include collaborating with the Directors of Client Services on different projects, drafting narratives, and gathering supporting documents associated with grant applications. Prior to joining Millennium, Noah gained experience as an intern at Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn, & Musmanno PC and worked as a substitute teacher for the Morris School District. Noah graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies and Education. During their undergraduate studies, Noah interned with the Superior Court of New Jersey in the Morris-Sussex Vicinage, was named to the Dean's List, and received the Chung-Thorpe Leadership Award. Noah served as a Class Senator in Student Government and later as the Student Liaison to the Alumni Association Board of Directors. Additionally, Noah held executive roles in student organizations, serving as President of the Black Student Union and as Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Ithaca Pre-Law Society.
