Biography

Chloe has been a member of the firm since 2026. In her role as Associate Grant Manager, she is responsible for working with several of the firm’s municipal clients throughout New Jersey to help secure public and private funding on their behalf. Some of her daily responsibilities include collaborating with the Directors of Client Services on different projects, drafting narratives, and gathering supporting documents associated with grant applications. Prior to joining Millennium, Chloe graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a concentration in Creative Writing. During her time at Montclair State University, Chloe was named on the Dean’s List over multiple semesters, interned with Helper Bears and the Englewood Historical Society, created and adapted newsletters for the Health Coalition of Passaic County, and volunteered as a writer for the Community Chest of Englewood.
