Biography

Ronya has been a member of the firm since 2026. In her role as Associate Grant Administrator, she works directly with clients to manage their active awards, ensuring that grant receivables are reimbursed, and reports are submitted on time. Prior to joining Millennium, Ronya worked with The Salvation Army’s New Jersey Division, where she collaborated with donors, townships, and nonprofit partners to coordinate community assistance programs throughout northern New Jersey. Since 2018, she has also developed and led grant-funded municipal arts programs that provide children with accessible creative learning and exhibition opportunities. Ronya is a graduate of William Paterson University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with studies in Studio Art and Psychology.
