Chris Sprague
Director of Grant Administration and IT
Chris joined Millennium in 2010. In his current role as Director of Grant Administration and IT, Chris oversees all grant administration software and services offered to Millennium clients. Chris led the planning, design, and development of GranTrack, Millennium’s proprietary web-based application for grant management automation and optimization. He continues to oversee GranTrack operations, including software upgrade and maintenance, as well as grant administration services offered to GranTrack clients. In addition to GranTrack responsibilities, Chris manages internal technology initiatives such as asset management, cybersecurity, and enterprise AI adoption. Previously, Chris worked large cities and counties to pursue a wide range of federal and state funding awards. Chris is a graduate of Seton Hall University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in History, English and Italian as well as a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Relations.
