Brandon España
Grant Writer
Brandon has been a member of the firm since 2023. In his role as Grant Writer, Brandon is responsible for working with several of the firm’s municipal clients in New Jersey. Some of his daily responsibilities include collaborating with the Directors of Client Service on different projects, drafting grant narratives, and gathering supporting documents associated with grant applications. Prior to joining Millennium, Brandon worked as an English tutor and instructor/TA for freshman and ESL undergraduate students. In addition, he worked as a data analysis intern at a local non-profit in New Brunswick with the mission of advocating on behalf of the Mexican American community, creating projects for their database, as well as demographic analyses and community profiles. He also served as a Board Member on the New Brunswick Rent control Board for 3 years, where he assisted in resolving tenant-landlord disputes and adjusting housing ordinances. Brandon is a graduate of Rutgers University-New Brunswick with a Bachelor’s degree in Planning and Public Policy and a minor in Biological Sciences, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy.
